Asparagus fern is an elegant fern with long wiry stems and lovely frond-like sprays that scramble outwards horizontally.

Position

Bright, indirect sunlight.  insufficient light may turn them yellow and cause them to drop.

Water

Keep well-watered, don’t allow to stand in water. Less water is required during the winter but don’t let the soil dry out completely.

The Asparsgus Fern – despite it’s name – is not actually a true fern. It is part of the liliaceae family and is in fact toxic.
