Ionantha Air Plant

The Tillandsia Ionantha is a beautiful air plant, and is a great first plant if you are new to air plant care.

These lovely airplants, have silvery green leaves which turn red when its ready to flower which are beautiful violet flowers

Position

Thrives in indirect sunlight, but also ideal for fluorescent lighting making them great for office environments.

Water

Mist 2-3 times a week, and more if its really hot and dry, running them under the tap will also work

After misting, shake your Ionantha or leave to dry upside down to stop the water collecting in the middle of the plant.
